Rebecca Young

B.A. (Hons) Music

Rebecca has been teaching piano and music theory for 10 years, building a successful private practice in Leicestershire and Lincolnshire. She also works as a freelance composer and singer.

As a teen, she discovered a talent for singing and songwriting - performing with the school chamber choir and local musical theatre groups. She played the role of Blousey in the school production of ‘Bugsy Malone’ and has since appeared in musicals including ‘Annie’, ‘Me and My Girl’ and ‘Oliver’.

Rebecca graduated with a degree in Music from Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge in 2013 and enjoys a varied career, performing and recording.
